Healthy Kids Club Supervised Play Area
HealthPartners Central Minnesota Clinics is the only clinic in the St. Cloud area to offer a supervised place for your children to play while you attend to your healthcare needs.

Health Education Classes

  • Childbirth Preparation: HealthPartners sponsors a class to help you and your partner prepare for your baby's delivery. Stages of labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques are the main focus of the class. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required to ensure your place in the class.   • Parenting classes: Resource Training and Solutions in St. Cloud, Minnesota, conducts general and customized training and seminars for parents. Their Media Center has over 150 parenting books, videos, and tapes, available for checkout. Click here for more information.

  • A Call to Change...Healthy Choices, Healthy Baby: A phone course designed to help you make lifestyle choices for a healthy pregnancy. You speak one-on-one with a dietician and health educator and then set up phone sessions around your schedule. These lessons will cover various aspects such as, tips on how to help common discomforts throughout various stages of your pregnancy and how to plan for your child’s feeding and safety following birth and beyond. Have you ever tossed and turned all night wondering if you should have taken your little one to the doctor? BabyLine is a 24-hour phone service staffed by specially trained Ob/Gyn nurses that focus on special needs of expectant and new parents, up to six weeks after delivery.

First Call For Help Support Groups
