This quick and convenient health care clinic is located next
to the pharmacy in Cash Wise Foods, Waite Park and Coborn's, Sauk Rapids.
Our Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant will see patients on a first-come
basis. After checking in, you can relax in our waiting area or do some shopping.
Just pick up a pager and we will notify you when the provider is ready to
see you. They will assess your needs, write a prescription if necessary,
and have you on your way in approximately fifteen minutes.

- We will see patients ages 12 months and older
- Certain ailments or screenings have additional age requirements
- Patients ages 16 and 17 may be seen without an adult, provided they
have written parental consent.

Situations such as asthma, dizziness, abdominal pain, vomiting,
diarrhea, cuts requiring stitches, headaches, fractures, back and
chest pain need to be seen at a clinic or emergency room. If you
