We have a unique range of health care services under one roof. In addition to our primary care clinic we offer these services: Behavioral Health Center, Dental Center, Diabetes Center, Lab and Imaging, Pediatrics, Pharmacy, Sleep Health Center, Memory Disorders Clinic, NovaCare Rehabilitation and Diatia.
We also have two walk-in clinics located at the Cash Wise Foods store in Waite Park and Coborn's in Sauk Rapids. Geared toward busy families, children 12 months and older, adults, young singles and college students, the clinic will provide convenient service to meet a variety of health care needs immediately.
Preventive medicine is a unique focus of HealthPartners Central Minnesota Clinics. In addition to treating illnesses, our healthcare providers work with patients to keep them healthy through health education and promotion, as well as maintenance activities. Our providers listen to each patient's needs and become partners in reaching their healthcare goals.
Children are welcome in our Healthy Kids Club, a unique supervised play area, during your appointment. After the appointment, our convenient in-house pharmacy is available to fill your prescription before you even leave the building.

Wireless Wi-Fi Now Available for Patients at HPCMC
HealthPartners Central Minnesota Clinics has added complimentary wireless access to Qwest’s high-speed Internet network for patients. The family practice and pediatrics lobbies have been outfitted with secure, wireless Wi-Fi routers that allow patients to surf the web or check their email from their laptop, iPod or any other 802.11x enabled device.
