Prepare yourself and your partner for your baby’s delivery by attending our childbirth preparation classes. Stages of labor, delivery, breathing, and relaxation techniques are the main focus of this class. Medications, cesarean delivery, breastfeeding, normal newborn appearance and behavior, and postpartum adjustment are also discussed. Please register in advance (at about 24 weeks) for the class ending about one month prior to your due date. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required to ensure your place in the class. Make checks or money orders payable to HealthPartners Central Minnesota Clinics.
All classes are held on weekends
6:30-9pm on Friday / 9am-5pm on Saturday
