Diabetes Center

At HealthPartners Central Minnesota Clinics, our diabetes educators include a registered dietitian and a nurse educator who work closely with doctors, pharmacists and other health care professionals to provide you high quality diabetes care. We can help you develop a plan to manage your diabetes based on your schedule, eating habits and health concerns.

We offer group and individual sessions for anyone with:

Type 2 Diabetes
Type 1 Diabetes
Gestational Diabetes
Pre-diabetes
