Mail Order Prescription Refill Service
You may fill up to 10 prescriptions per order--and all will be delivered to the same address. If you are entering prescriptions for more than one person, all must have the same primary address and the same delivery address.
HealthPartners' mail order prescription refill service is easy to use, convenient and may save you money. Here's how you can get started with this service.
Easy to use
To receive your medication at home via U.S. mail, you can:
- Transfer an existing prescription to the mail order service by calling Mail Order Customer Service at 1-888-356-6656. When you call, we will ask you for information from your prescription label, your mailing address, phone number, drug allergies and payment information.
- Send us a new prescription along with the mail order prescription form below. Please note: Your prescription will be filled and mailed to you from the mail order pharmacy located in Eden Prairie.
Convenient Prescriptions are delivered right to your door. There is no shipping fee.
Money Savings
Many HealthPartners plans include a mail order prescription benefit, allowing you to receive a three-month supply of medication for only two co-payments. You can check your benefits in two ways:
- log on to your personal member page at www.healthpartners.com and view your benefits;
- or call Member Services at 952-883-5000 or 1-800-883-2177. Members with hearing impairments may call our TDD line at 952-883-5127.
