Poor sleep can lead to increased risk for high blood pressure, stroke, heart disease, decreased mental ability and decreased quality of life. Our sleep health experts are here to help. We are trained and equipped to see almost any kind of adult sleep problem.

Next to good health, nothing is more coveted than a good night's sleep. That is why HealthPartners Sleep Health Center is dedicated to getting you the sound sleep a healthy body needs. Our team of highly specialized physicians and sleep technologists are trained to handle even the most difficult sleep disorders, some examples include, snoring/obstructive sleep apnea, narcolepsy, restless leg syndrome/leg cramping, sleep problems related to shift workers, teeth grinding, nightmares and sleepwalking.

Should you (or someone you know) have a sleep study done?
If you snore regularly and have one or more of the following symptoms, daytime fatigue, drowsy driving, high blood pressure, heart disease, you are overweight, or have restless sleep you may need a sleep study.  Contact your provider to discuss your sleep concerns.

Sleep Testing

If more advanced sleep testing is required, you may be referred to our new, state-of-the-art HealthPartners Sleep Health Center - a department of Regions Hospital - in Maplewood. Typically, this involves an overnight stay where our sleep technologists and sleep physicians use a variety of sophisticated tools, such as polysomnograms, to evaluate your condition.  More information...
